Can I freeze jello cakes for one week so we can do them ahead of time?
I have to make 6 jello cakes and it would be easier if I could make them the week before and freeze them. The jello cakes have a layer of jello, then a layer of sliced strawberries on top. With instant vanilla pudding mixed with cool whip for the topping.
I would guess (just my guess) that this item will NOT freeze well. I can’t imagine jello holding up at all in the freezer, not to mention the pudding and cool whip. Sorry
